We have produced e-learning which is available on the Academy that demonstrates good practice and are now creating visual standards to support that. The e-learning illustrates both bad practice and what good looks like to help us understand how and where it can go wrong but also how we can get it right first time.

Within the below work packages you will find relevant quality alerts and defect avoidance guidance for each specified area to use to support the toolbox talks carried out on site.
